Ownership — rented software disappears the day you stop paying and you never owned it; here the app is yours (your code, your data, your hosting account), and you can revoke our access and take it in-house at any point. Cost — a SaaS subscription bills you every month, usually per user, and climbs as you grow. This is a one-off build plus optional maintenance, with no per-seat pricing and no bill that grows with your success. Over any real length of time it works out much cheaper.
- Is this hand-built agency work that will be fragile to maintain?
