What you just used
Everything in the demo is scripted, but the shape is exactly how the real thing behaves. The AI acts with the rights of the staff member it's acting for, never more. Anything that moves money or ends a contract stops and waits for a person — you saw that on the failed payments and the cancellation, and you saw that you can't switch those to automatic in Settings. Every action, approved, automatic or stopped, lands in the queue with a name against it.
The autonomy dial is yours: start every workflow on approval, and when you're happy with how one behaves, let it run on its own. The gym is the example, not the point
Swap the members for guests, patients, tenants or clients and the demo reads the same: something comes in, the AI proposes the work, a person stays in charge of anything that matters, and the record keeps everyone honest.
