Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Platform Terms at stellisoft.com/stellify/terms. It applies to everyone who uses the Stellify Platform, including Stellify Studio, our MCP server and AI tools, and the applications you build, preview, or deploy with them. "We" means Stellify Software Ltd; "you" means you and anyone using your account.

1. Don't build or run anything unlawful or harmful

  • Anything illegal, or that helps someone break the law.
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
  • Phishing pages, look-alike sites, or anything built to impersonate a real person, business, or organisation, or to collect credentials or payment details under false pretences.
  • Fraud or scams, including fake reviews, fake records, or misleading offers.
  • Content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against people.
  • Applications that collect or process personal data unlawfully, or without the notices and consents the law requires.
  • Anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights.

2. Don't send spam

  • Don't use the Platform, or applications built with it, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or marketing emails, texts, or messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them.

3. Don't abuse the Platform

  • Don't try to probe, test, or get around our security, authentication, usage limits, or billing, or access accounts, projects, or data that aren't yours.
  • Don't overload or disrupt the Platform, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.
  • Don't scrape or bulk-copy the Platform, the module library, or other users' content, or use automated means to access it beyond the interfaces and tools we provide.
  • Don't use our AI and MCP tools to generate content this policy prohibits, or to try to make them act outside their intended purpose.
  • Don't resell, sublicense, or share access to your account without our written consent. Keep your login details and access tokens secure.

4. Previews and shared links

  • Previews and shared links on stellisoft.com are for showing work in progress. Don't use them to run a live service or to host anything this policy prohibits.

5. What happens if this policy is broken

  • We may remove content, disable previews or shared links, restrict features, or suspend or close the account involved, as set out in the Platform Terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
  • We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them.
