It's why the same availability engine behind your hire desk can sit behind a booking page on your website — a customer reserves a digger for the weekend online and it lands straight in the same diary, no double-booking. That same doorway lets a driver's app, a telematics feed, or the AI itself read and update hires and returns, with access controlled the way you decide.
