Pub and restaurant software, built around exactly how your venue runs

The till, stock, rotas, reservations and invoicing — one system tailored to exactly how your place works, that you download as a complete Laravel app you own outright, and that AI keeps up to date for you.

Here's how it works. Tell us how your venue runs, and we build you a complete system for it — the till, staff rotas, stock control, table and room reservations, invoicing and guest email, configured to your exact rules. The building blocks are already built and tested, so your system is shaped around your venue in days, not a six-month bespoke project. And here's what makes it unlike anything else:

You own it. The system is yours — it exports as standard code you can take anywhere, and your sales, stock and staff data live in your database, not a vendor's. No per-terminal pricing, no per-staff-member pricing, no losing your history if you leave. Download and self-host it whenever you want.

AI manages it. When something needs to change — a new menu price, a different reorder level, a rota rule for the weekend — you describe it in plain English and the AI makes the change. No support tickets, no waiting on someone else's roadmap, no developer day-rates for a ten-minute tweak.

We manage & maintain it. Getting it live is part of the build — we set up basic hosting on your own account, where you pay the provider directly and we never mark up the infrastructure. Keeping it current after that is optional: from $149/month we centrally manage the Constellation modules your app is built from and push updates to your server, from security patches to dependency and framework upgrades. Because those modules are shared across every customer, a fix to one rolls out everywhere it's used, not one at a time — which is how the plan stays this affordable. Custom feature work or bespoke changes aren't part of it; those we quote separately. Rather not subscribe? Pay as you go instead, priced case-by-case. And because we built it, we already know the codebase, so maintenance is faster and safer. The account is yours, so we're a caretaker you've handed a key to, not a landlord holding your venue hostage — take it in-house any time. More on how maintenance works →

What's already built

Every one of these is a finished module — not a line on a roadmap. Each is already running in production with real venue data, and each ships with its own automated test suite that proves the rules actually hold: that paying a round draws the pints off the cellar count in the same moment, that a table can't be double-seated, that a rota's wage cost is totalled before you publish it. You're getting software that's been proven, then tailored to your venue — not a prototype we start writing after you've paid.

The job What it does What you tell us
The till Your products at your prices, tabs that stay open until the table's done, void with a record, take payment, and a day's-end takings report — every sale logged, nothing rung up twice Your menu, your prices, and what your current EPOS costs you
Stock control Deliveries in, usage and waste out, a live count for every line, and a reorder list that updates itself — plus what your holding is worth at cost, any time you ask Your stock lines, units and reorder points
Staff rotas The week's shifts planned per person with double-booking caught as you type — and a running total of hours and what the week costs in wages before you publish it Your staff, roles and hourly rates
Reservations Tables, sittings and letting rooms booked without clashes — no double-seated eight-top, no room let twice on the same night Your tables, rooms and sittings
Invoicing & debtors Function bookings and account customers invoiced in one action, with payments, a live debtors list and per-customer statements Your payment terms and invoice details
Guest email Booking confirmations and reminders through your own email provider, with every send logged Your wording and your sender address

Each part gets its own screen: the till with today's takings and open tabs, the stock room with counts and the reorder list, the rota with the week laid out and costed. And there's more on the shelf when you need it: guest surveys to catch problems before the review does, and an audit trail that records every sale, delivery and rota change across the lot.

It already works together

These aren't three separate products with three logins and three bills. The till knows your stock. When a round is paid, the pints come off the cellar count in the same moment — and when a line drops to its reorder point, it's on the reorder list before you've cashed up. No Sunday-night stocktake to reconcile what the till says against what the spreadsheet hoped. In our live demo data that exact flow has already happened: three pints of house lager paid at the till, and the cellar count moved from 88 to 85 with the sale recorded against it — nobody keyed anything in twice.

It's your system to plug into

Every module comes with two ways in: a screen your staff use, and an API. An API is simply a doorway into your system that other software is allowed to use, with no person retyping anything. It's why the same reservations engine behind your host stand can sit behind the booking widget on your website — a guest books a table or a room online and it lands straight in the same diary, no clashes. That same doorway lets an order-ahead page, a spreadsheet, or the AI itself read and update bookings and stock, with access controlled the way you decide.

That's why it's built this way. A venue system that's only a screen is a walled box: the day you want online reservations, an order-ahead page, or a link to some tool that doesn't exist yet, you're back to a vendor with a feature request. Because every module is driven through its API, your system is open from day one — your website, your app and your future tools all plug into the same system you already own, no rebuild required.

Tell us how your venue runs

Tell us how your venue runs using this form and we assemble your system, run the tests, and hand it over as a complete, working Laravel application you own. We can host and maintain it for you on your own account from $149/month, or take it and self-host — it's your code either way.

Your system is built on Laravel — the world's most popular PHP framework, used by companies like Currys, MKM, Apple, Nike, NASA and Pfizer.

Not quite your business? Tell us what you need and we'll say whether we can build it.
